Engineered In America Since 1997
We set out to change the way the world cleans the spaces other vacuums forget. The RV cabinet, the boat berth, the garage wall, the condo closet. Compact, powerful, built-in systems that fit real life and keep working for years.
Built By A Family, In Palm City, Florida
InterVac Design was founded in 1997 by a family that came up through injection molding and automotive manufacturing. They looked at the central vacuum world and saw machines built only for big houses. So they engineered the opposite: a compact system that tucks into the spaces people actually want to clean and still reaches every corner on one easy hose.
Almost three decades later, that same family discipline still runs the shop. Every unit is engineered and assembled in Palm City, Florida, by a small team that answers the phone, fixes the problem, and stands behind the work. When you call for support, you reach the people who build it.
The Discipline Behind Every Unit
We bring the standards of automotive manufacturing to a product most people never think twice about. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Manufacturing Discipline
Leadership backgrounds in injection molding and automotive manufacturing, applying Six Sigma quality methods and Advanced Product Quality Planning to every model.
Built To Last
Designed for durability and ease of use, so the system you install today keeps performing season after season with the fewest possible headaches.
Real People, Real Support
Talk to the people who build it. Our small Palm City team handles support directly, from product questions to out-of-warranty repairs.
"A team is not a group of people who work together. A team is a group of people who trust each other."
