Parts Questions

Bags & Parts, Answered

How do I find the right bag for my model?
Each InterVac system uses a specific HEPA bag, such as the Y08, Y10 or Y11. Check the model name on your unit, then match it to the bag listing. If you're not sure which one you have, call us at (888) 499-1925 and we'll confirm the right bag for your system.
How often should I replace the bags?
It depends on how much you clean, but most owners change the bag when it's about two-thirds full to keep suction strong. If you vacuum often or pick up fine dust and pet hair, you'll change it more frequently. Bags Essentials auto-delivery keeps a fresh supply on hand so you're never caught short.
What is the VacPort sweep inlet?
The VacPort is a low, toe-kick style inlet you can sweep debris straight into with your foot. No dustpan, no bending. Sweep crumbs, dirt or sawdust to the inlet, tap it on, and the system pulls everything away. It's a favorite for kitchens, RVs and garages.
Do you ship parts?
Yes. We ship genuine InterVac bags, hoses, tools and fittings across the country directly from the factory in Palm City, Florida. For order help or to confirm what fits your system, reach us at (888) 499-1925 or through the contact page.
